Everything is going wrong

Plans cancelled

My pumpkin soup is too spicy

And my dog is too much of a coward
He threw himself on the floor of the flower shop as if he was scooby doo

Everyone laughed and we went out again

And my thread was doomed

Do you have a ton of coconut milk or tinned tomatoes? That would fix your soup.

Lolaloveslemonade · 18/10/2020 15:55

Go and have a nap OP! All will be ok.
(and recommend a film for me to watch, I am so bored & tired... something ‘heartwarming’ 😂’)

Cinderslovespumpkins · 18/10/2020 15:55

Will save the rest of the soup and buy coconut milk tomorrow

Potatoes in the soup will absorb some of the spices (you can put them in in chunks and remove later if you don't want them in the final product).

Moonflower12 · 18/10/2020 15:57

And they'll have laughed in a 'isn't he adorable' way.

Cinderslovespumpkins · 18/10/2020 15:57

Heartwarming film
Love actually

Have hid from the silly dog after taking him for a calming non scary walk

Not seen that in a while! I usually watch it at Christmas.
Add something bland like potato to the soup.

Lolaloveslemonade · 18/10/2020 16:00

Ah! Someone just suggested potato!

Cinderslovespumpkins · 18/10/2020 16:01

Maybe I could add. Sweet potatoes

OP posts:
Lolaloveslemonade · 18/10/2020 16:06

You might as well try it!

MJMG2015 · 18/10/2020 16:06

What happened in the florist to scare him? Poor Scooby

Cinderslovespumpkins · 18/10/2020 17:44

You’re not alone OP in the embarrassing dog stakes.
Mine had a stand off with a massive inflatable Polar Bear in the garden centre a couple of years ago. He was barking very loudly at it as it swayed menacingly back and forth. Everybody stared, we left soon after.

Cinderslovespumpkins · 18/10/2020 18:39

Oh dear
Mine would be on his back in terror at a polar bear not that he would even enter a garden center
The swiffer falling down the other day sent him off charging through the flat
