DP cooking

Lovely DP does all sorts for me, but cooking is not something he often attempts.

Anyway he announced he was making a Thai Green Curry tonight & I was Not To Help.

We bought a Thai spice paste & he is following the instructions To The Letter. We had 500g fish rather than 400g, so the extra has been sliced off and put in the freezer.

He was suspicious of my suggestion of using spring onions as they weren't in the recipe, so it's mangetouts and mushrooms only, as per the recipe on the back.

Cooking is an art, not a science, but there you go. It smells delicious, I love him to bits & am very grateful to be cooked for Smile

Fish, mushroom and mange tout? 🤮

I would eat microwaved cardboard if DP made it. 3 years and not even a slice of toast! He does a mean brew, though...
