Mary Berry's Ultimate Cake Book

Does anyone use this book? (Pics attached) I'm not sure whether the cooking temp is for a fan or conventional oven. This is the second edition published in 2003, if that makes any difference? If anyone knows I'd be grateful, so my cake isn't a disaster 😁

My copy of Mary Berry's Baking Bible has her large all in one Victoria Sandwich baked at 180° / Fan 160° / Gas 4

If it doesn’t specify, I always assume non fan, especially if an older book.

I cook Vic sponges at 180 conventional, 165 fan.

(That’s for a 4 egg sponge & for 25 mins too)
