Pillow recommendations please!

I keep getting horrible neck pain after waking up. At the moment I’m using an M&S firm feather pillow, it’s mostly deflated though and definitely isn’t firm anymore.

can anyone please recommend a good pillow? I’m overwhelmed with choice
