Any perspective welcomed.

I have bad anxiety but i think its all about the same thing. Trouble i have getting past a daft thing but it feels insurmountable. Ive spoke to friends who tell me all the lovely things friends do. I need someone objective who can push and can help me get out of my own way.

Hi a life coach can be great but it depends on what you want. They aren't counsellors so if your issue is anxiety you may be better off talking to someone who can help you with that.

Coaching isn't really about pushing someone, it's more about helping someone find their own path

Thanks @Chrysanthemum5

Its to do with project type things. Anything to do with creating leaflets, putting portfolios together, assignments, presentations, reports. I used to beable to push myself and get these things done and it might have taken me a long time but I would work into my own hours. I did really well. Then i burned out at some point.

Its the constructive writing of things and structuring my thoughts and getting them down on paper / computer. These things give me such stress and angst now i end up feeling paralysed. Writers block. rabbit in headlights. Its got so bad that writing emails can be really stressful. Going over my grammer, sentence structure, the order of things to make sure it makes sense. Makes me feel thick.

Ive been off work for 4 weeks with burn out and my DP is working from home so I have been able to see and hear how he works. He thinks something and does it. Things that would have me working all hours cause Im scrutininsing, rewriting, rejigging, stressing, worrying.

I have to get on top of it because it effects my confidence massively. Ive done well for myself professionally but im scared of loosing it.

Its beyond me and need outside input but dont know who the best person is to help. Dp doesnt get what my issue is - he arrives at things much quicker than me.....it takes me an age
