Hi, how do people get on with their Elvie pelvic floor trainer? I brought one a while back used it loads when I got it and then kind of forgot, started using it again recently and I just wondered how people got on. I find it really frustrating at times ! What LV score do you get?

Lv at the moment is 38 average. I find it hurts my back when trying the exercises. What didnt you like about it?

How long have you been doing it for? Have you found your score improved?
I got the elvie to maintain what I thought was good pelvic floor muscles (no leaks or problems - 2 children) my highest score is 6! Sometime I find the diamond doesn’t move or jumps around the place and even won’t go back down sometimes. Just really unsure about it really so I wondered how others got on with it

I have been thinking about getting this. But I'm not sure it's worth the money over other cheaper pelvic floor trainers.

@Muma11

I found that as well. You have to get it in a good position. So position it so when its relaxed the diamond is right down as it should only be raised when "lifting"
Im just not understanding why when I do the exercises my lower back is in agony. I dont knowif f Im doing it correctly but have to say my score has improved since using it from the beginning
