Personalised Christmas book for 1st birthday in November?

Friend has her child’s first birthday 1st November, I was thinking about getting a personalised Christmas story book so they had it ready to go for December, rather than getting it on christmas day and Less use this year. Or would that just be wierd?

I have a December birthday and hated it being made about Christmas as a child (still insist the tree isn't allowed up until after my birthday now).

A personalised story book sounds like a lovely gift for a little one but I'd go with any subject other than Christmas.

Disclaimer. I do love Xmas but it should be separate from birthdays

Noted. I wouldn’t do it for an older child, just thought the parents would like the book to read during December and I can’t afford to send birthday then book and Christmas present for the day etc

I’m another Christmas birthday. Birthdays and Christmas should be separate things.

I will not send a present, I will just send a card and send the book in December. Of course I wouldn’t with an older child, I just thought first birthday it was a nice thing to have ready to read in December.
