I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and fairly sure I have internal piles. I have googled but can’t really find anything helpful other than stuff that says I NEED to see my doctor right away etc. Will they go away on their own? they’re not that bad but it is a bit painful to go to the loo and there is blood (sorry again!) my main concern is that they will come out in full force during labour and then I’ll have them to contend with as well as post natal healing! What even is the treatment for internal piles?

Yes get to a doctor. They will give you suppositories. They will come out during labour and they are very painful so please act now!

Epsom salts in the bath. Try and have a bath a few times a day. But also see a dr. I had piles so badly they stopped me sleeping but after a week of trying Epsom salts they started to ease.

Anusol suppositories helped me a lot. Helped with the itch too.

I recommend the Anusol cream for when you are post-natal too. I don't work for them, I promise Wink but I do have 5 DC and every time I see the logo in the chemist I shudder a bit.

If theyre internal and one of your only symptoms is bleeding - pls see Dr or midwife to rule anything else out.

Duo Anusol suppositories and cream helped me almost overnight though.

Right have ordered some natural anusol suppositories that we’re £10 more than the normal ones but only ones that said anything along the lines of using in pregnancy! rolls eyes thank you everyone! Hopefully symptoms go before delivery!
