20 month old sleeping issues

Hi mums,

Wanted to know if anyone is experiencing the same problems i am. My son is 20months and for nearly 2 months he has been taking ages to go bed or wakes up at night and takes 2-3hours to go back to bed. He has one nap that lasts 1 half -2hours. Recently he has skipped a fee of his naps. I have heard of the sleep regression but when will this end?
