Yes it has just appeared out of nowhere. I wish it would disappear

I'd be going at that with a sterilised needle right now! You can see where the head is.
It must hurt like a bastard. You'll be glad of the relief.

A bit of toothpaste on it to bring it to a head and squeeze in the morning.
