Been into the email and clicked redeem, all went through successfully and it said it should appear automatically.
When I try to buy something, it doesn't. Does anyone know?

I didn’t even get one and given the amount I spend at Amazon I’m 🤨

Soubriquet · 14/10/2020 16:11

I didn’t get one either but isn’t it only allowed to be spent in small business shops anyway?

You only got it if you bought something from a small business between certain dates.

I got one and it just knocked off £10 automatically from my order yesterday. I didn't do anything else. It was when I went to the checkout it showed up on the total.

StealthPolarBear · 14/10/2020 16:13

No my understanding is you get it because of spend in small business shops. The email suggests it is just added to your balance

@StealthPolarBear I think you need to spend it on a prime day deal.

StealthPolarBear · 14/10/2020 16:15

Looks like it's because I was trying to buy booze Blush

No it only works on a random selection of products, only some Prime deals. I couldn't find any pattern (e.g. sold and fulfilled by Amazon vs third parties then fulfilled by Amazon). Wasted hours of my life! Ended up buying a soft toy for the kids Xmas presents.

I didn't have any problems, other than buying alcohol. It came off as t would with a gift card
