I'm lacking inspiration and in need of mindless distraction!

So far today I've had overnight oats with mango, raspberry and mixed seeds
A quadruple chocolate biscuit with my morning coffee
Cheese and crackers with sundried tomatoes, olives, chopped apple, crudites and red pepper houmous and some leftover pork pie

Struggling to think of something good for dinner so not sure what I plan to eat...

Pre-school run banana then a slice of walnut bread, cherry tomatoes and cheese with a big cup of tea once home.
Left over root veg mash with a poached egg and beetroot for lunch. Plum and a biscuit with another cup of tea in a bit.
Dinner is pasta with leftover braised beef in tomato sauce and a salad. Then some sneaky chocolate once the DCs are asleep.

Your overnight oats sound nice OP how do you do them?

A scoop of strawberry protein powder with Greek yoghurt, a small banana and a passion fruit mixed into it for breakfast.

A fillet of wild salmon with a tomato and half an avocado, yoghurt and chilli dressing; dark choc rice cake with peanut butter for lunch.
Several cups of decaf tea, no milk or sugar.

Multivitamin tablet, 500mg Naproxen, lozenge of testosterone, oestrogen, progesterone, DHEA. 30mg lansoprasole.

Nothing else has so far passed my lips.

Poached eggs with spinach and mushrooms for breakfast, just had homemade winter vegetable soup with homemade soda bread and real butter for lunch. Going to have mackerel with garlic baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, spinach and parmesan salad for dinner. I also took my Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin D supplements, will take my magnesium and calcium one later in.

Soup for lunch in a bit.

JayeAshe · 14/10/2020 14:12

Seriously. In the middle of house renovations.

Slice of last night's pizza and 3 of the biscuits we bought for the builders.
Dinner will be cheese & onion pastie with broccoli and baked beans.

Lozz22 · 14/10/2020 14:16

2 tuna mayo sandwiches and chicken noodles. So unhealthy but I don't care

MrsJonesAndMe · 14/10/2020 14:18

Yours sounds good so far @hellisotherpeopleandhorlicks though I can't stand porridge unless it's been made into granola and eaten while still crunchy... it's a texture thing!

I've had:

Brownie and hot chocolate as reward for a long walk
Sausage sandwich

Tea will be katsu curry with something green on the side.

nancybotwinbloom · 14/10/2020 14:22

Small piece of lasagne my mum made that was in the freezer.

A creme brûlée and a white chocolate twin finger.

Tea is chicken stuffed with goats cheese wrapped in Parma ham with broccoli and baby carrots.

MysweetAudrina · 14/10/2020 14:26

A pear, king prawns and bowl of chicken and veg soup and having spag bol for dinner later.

hellisotherpeopleandhorlicks · 14/10/2020 14:33

@genericusernamehere I put four tablespoons of oats in a jar, stir in some milk and yogurt until it's a bit sloppy but not watery. Then I Chuck frozen mango and raspberry on top with a sprinkle of seeds (any fruit works and you can use fresh too I just have a lot frozen for DS) and pop in the fridge overnight. It's so easy and delicious! But butter, dessicated coconut, cacao nibs and nuts are all good toppings too.

I almost regret starting this it's making me hungry!

Chocolate croissant
Fried egg and potato scone roll
2 digestives
A few candy kittens
Paneer makhani and chana masala

I’m pregnant and grumpy.

I always find lunch the hardest meal when I'm trying to be healthy I don't know why

Toast with avocado and feta for breakfast.
Lemon and ginger tea when I got back from the school run.
Cauliflower cheese for lunch
a square of dark chocolate
a bag of mini breadsticks
Dinner is going to be jacket potato with tuna mayo and some salad
(I'm dieting so these are all small portions)

thatonesmine · 14/10/2020 14:37

Brunch - 2 slices of toast with butter and chicken liver pate. An orange and a handful of grapes.

Various cups of tea and coffee with milk and sugar.

Dinner tonight will be lamb and spinach curry with rice.

Neeks888 · 14/10/2020 14:40

Two cups of tea and peanut butter on toast
Two poached eggs on toast
Made lasagne yesterday so that will be dinner

Pascha · 14/10/2020 14:40

Tea
Toast, egg, beans for breakfast with coffee
Ham sandwich and flapjack for lunch

Got meatballs cooking on the stove for later after sports club.

LaurieFairyCake · 14/10/2020 14:46

A protein yoghurt

A fillet steak fried in butter/garlic

A bag of wotsits

OrangeGinLemonFanta · 14/10/2020 14:48

I had an (over) boiled egg and a bit of avocado for breakfast. Two small slices of pizza, a banana and some grapes for lunch. Small packet hula hoops for snack. Don't know what to make for dinner, there's leftover roast chicken in the fridge so a quick chicken and cauliflower curry perhaps.

Gilead · 14/10/2020 14:48

Two cream crackers and a mouse portion of cheddar. I’m in hospital and everything else seems inedible!

spagbog5 · 14/10/2020 14:54

Bowl of fruit ( watermelon, grapes and strawberries) yogurt and granola for breakfast with a coffee

Leftovers from dinner last night ( spaghetti with garlic, tomatoes and olive oil) for lunch. Was delicious 😋

80sShoulderPads · 14/10/2020 15:00

Huh I don't think MN would believe me if I told you. Let's pretend I've had half a slice of wholemeal toast and a lettuce sandwich. Dinner will be mung bean fritters.

Thenthatsthatthen · 14/10/2020 15:01

Woke up late today so grabbed a banana and Alpen bar instead of a proper breakfast.

There was a load of salad bits in the fridge (but not quite a full portion of anything Hmm ). So I had salad consisting lettuce, spinach, tomato, avocado, jalapeños, pickled onions, courgette and an boiled egg. Didn’t quite go but wasn’t terrible either.

Dinner will be cauliflower rice with veggie ‘meatballs’, steamed veg medley (think it’s carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas and baby corn), maybe some green beans as they need eating up and a homemade tomato sauce.

Might have some cheese and apples for a snack later.
