I need to request a repeat prescription but at my surgery you can’t ring up and do it you have to request it in writing. This is the first time in years I’ve needed a prescription and used to ring up to do it so no idea the correct way to do this! Do I literally just write a note stating what I want?! Feel really stupid at my age to not even know what to do
