Omp nhs

Hi! I work for the nhs and my unit has disappeared and they have redeployed all the staff to other places after training then for couple of months.
I am back from my mat leave in 3 months time and I am leaving after. I will be doing 24h/w and I will have all my due hours over this in 3 weeks as agreed but know that my unit has closed and I don’t really feel comfortable going back as I won’t be trained into a team I either know.
I have read somewhere on the internet that If there are redeployments after mat leave and conditions are not the same I could choose not going back and be a sahm without repaying omp.
I asked for a team day or supernumerary shifts but they cant be placed due to timing reasons.

Anyone know if i am right?

Ps. I can’t afford childcare, my tinny has special needs that are difficult to cover (allergies and heart condition)

Sorry. I am back in 3 weeks time. I put it down wrongly.
