Help me shift 6/7lbs in 10 days...

So finally after forever...I’m due to have an operation in December!

I lost around 1.5 stone before lockdown and being stationary for 5 months have put on 2!! I’ve been slowly shifting it again much too slow for my liking

I have my pre op in 10 days and I really need to shift my last 6/7lbs, or my operation will be cancelled for at least another 3 months. My weight loss seems to have stalled the last 2 weeks where I have remained the same weight. Does seem to matter what I eat/don’t eat or how much I exercise.

Any absolutely fail safe ways to shift it?? I’m sure I read on here once about a pre op diet but I can’t seem to find it!!

Up your water intake. Lick some raw chicken?

Find someone with norovirus and kiss them

There are no safe ways to do that.

And screwing your health up before you have surgery is really silly.

VLCD - google the options. They are safe for rapid weightloss for exactly your situation.

You'll have to ditch food altogether to do that I should think. Buy some slimfast shakes or drink milk instead.

Alternista · 13/10/2020 21:08

4 x slimfast a day and nothing else is what they prescribe I think.

Or 800 cals a day ala Michael Thingywotsit?

The operation is in December, sadly I need to be a certain weight at the pre op even tho I have another 6 weeks before the operation.

I will have a google of VLCD
