Hello! I posted a long time ago about the advice given to me by Maxi Cosi customer services. I was told that it was safe to continue using a car seat after a moderately severe car accident. I later found out that their advice didn’t follow ROSPA, Good Egg Car Safety, Which?, Department of Transport guidelines. After a very long process, the CEO swiftly took over and they are now changing their policy regarding their ‘Swap Service’. I got a lot of criticism on mumsnet over my post, but I’m glad the issue has been resolved. Please check the ROSPA guidelines about car seat safety if you are ever in an accident.
