Ordered some Thermals and a few jumpers of Uniqlo on the 25th of October with delivery due on Monday or Tuesday. Delivery didn’t turn up and online tracking wasn’t working emailed Uniqlo who said that they where struggling with delivery demand please wait another 24 hours. I then waited until the weekend still no sign of delivery I facebooked them and sent a tweet no reply again kept trying to track it which said my items hadn’t been dispatched yet. I then re emailed them and they blamed Hermes saying that they where the ones delaying delivery as they where so busy. all my other Hermes delivery’s have arrived easily. Hermes are saying that they haven’t received the items yet and Uniqlo are now not responding it’s been 4 weeks they’ve taken my money but I can’t seem to contact them all there phone numbers have been cut off what can I do now
