Help - Ebay have suddenly added a "fast and free" logo to all my listings

In the latest episode of Ebay making changes without our permission, they have suddenly added a "fast and free" logo to all my listings. I absolutely do not want this as it puts too much pressure on, especially as a lot of post is still getting delayed at the moment.

I sell everything on Buy It Now, post first class, use free postage, but my dispatch time has always been three days. Ebay have suddenly decided that a three day dispatch time qualifies as "fast", when it never used to before. In reality most of my items are posted within a day or two, especially now I'm at home, but it isn't always possible. I also think a lot of buyers perceive "fast" as arriving the next day or something.

How do I get rid of this without changing to second class post?

Simple thing around this is everywhere you can in your listings be sure you state the items will be despatched in three working days. Then be sure to do despatch notifications and if you have tracking, to add that too

You’ll be covered.

I always do this anyway, but this is more about the fact that a lot of buyers don't understand the difference between dispatch time and arrival date. The dispatch time is relatively easy, but the arrival date isn't as there are so many postage delays going on at the moment. I feel like having a "fast and free" badge makes buyers expect something extra from you, it's perceived as lightening fast, next day arrival etc. I posted something first class last week and it took two days to arrive, but I know there are parcels that have taken up to ten days in some areas.

If your expected arrival times are right then I wouldn't worry. I find it just a quick way of knowing I will get an item in a reasonable time rather than clicking on every similar listing an comparing the dates. I wish the arrival date was displayed alongside the price.
