I'd like to live on the east coast

Currently live a lovely life in suburban north west England, family close but not reliant on child care. We just want a different pace of life. Seen all there is to show etc.

Love the whole coast from Whitby to Norfolk although would love inland Lincolnshire too, no ties to anywhere

We have 100k equity, 30k savings. Young so mortgage is also there. Total 300k I think

We live in a very desirable area, houses sell before they hit the market. Wouldn't be waiting around at all even in covid

I just don't know how to go about it

Husband has a trade, i currently work in trade admin, work is there now but think Travis Perkins etc so country wide but not exactly niche. I would be the follower

2 kids ages 12 and 8 they do a couple of clubs.

The Northumberland coast is up there too, only ever been there with the dog, hubby was away🙈

Definitely Northumberland or Norfolk, not Lincolnshire. 🙂

Parts of Suffolk worth considering. Wherever you consider, visit in the middle of winter before committing.
