What's the weirdest thing that got you in trouble with someone else's parents?

Mine was my dm used to pick me and dsis up from primary school. Dm also agreed to pick up and drop off a girl at our school - let's call her Jane - too because she lived near us.

One day Jane's DM curtly told us that she would be picking Jane up from school from now on "because of all the swearing".

It turned out Jane's delicate sensibilities couldn't cope with us using the words "bottom" or "bum" on the ride home.

What's yours?

My bff's df didn't approve of me as I came from a one parent household.... He himself was divorced - but remarried..
He got a big shot job offer in London and bff didn't want to move... Guess who she moved in with? At 15 he moved and left her behind. Nice guy.

I used to be allergic to dairy as a child but really didn’t like to kick up a fuss about it. I went to a friend’s house who had a really strict mum and she gave me a glass of milk. I mumbled that I couldn’t drink it but she thought I meant I didn’t like it rather then couldn’t drink it. I was about 8 and she absolutely bollocked me and told me how ungrateful I was and gave me the “starving children in Africa” line.

Bethany Jones, your mum was an absolute bitch.

When I went to press their doorbell one morning before school and there was a huge spider on it. I don't remember the noise I made but wasn't a scream, maybe more of a short squeal and the next day I was told I couldn't go to their house again because I had woken their neighbour who was on night shift.

I broke my bf’s garage window lumping around on a space hopper and was too embarrassed to apologise. My bf’s mum told my bf I should at least apologise. I was mortified but just couldn’t do it. I don’t know if she contacted my parents, I’m guessing not as they never said anything. I’m embarrassed looking back and wish I’d just bloody well said sorry.
