Hair treatments

I had chemo 4 years ago and subsequently lost all body hair. My hair grew back begrudgingly but is very thin and fine. My eyebrows and lashes are most nonexistent.
Has anybody got any tips they've used for regrowth? I'm in my sixties so possibly it won't ever come back properly. I do take vitamin D, but would like positive feedback on things that have worked. Tia.

I haven't used these myself, only the lash brow serum which I've had excellent results with, but Revitalash do a shampoo and conditioner which help stimulate hair growth and I think there's a foam treatment which the other products complement

Sorry I don’t know, but bumping for you. It sounds really hard on top of everything else Flowers

Is it something cancer charities would be able to advise on? It must be something that comes up a lot
