Oh dear god I’ve just bought a spinning bike as I can see gym closures coming. I’m a swimmer normally but pools may close and I can’t run anymore due to ligament damage.
So I’ve just managed three minutes
wow it’s fucking hard. I started a beginners class and fuck me I was breathing out of my arse. Had to get off it before I fell off it. Walked down the stairs like my legs were made of rubber. Sat on the couch and felt sick.
Honestly I’m not that out of shape!!
What did I do wrong and does it get easier 😭😭😭
