Dark under eye circles

I have really dark under eye circles. Covering them with concealer doesn’t work and I have tried The Ordinary Caffiene gel as recommended on here but despite using it for nearly 4 months, they are still dark. Has anyone got any remedies that really work?

This might be an odd thing to suggest, but my SIL finds that hers improve hugely when she cuts gluten out of her diet.

Do you get enough sleep?

Assuming you do get enough sleep, I've been using the Nivea q10 with bit c sleep cream for about a week and am already seeing a huge improvement in my uneven skin tone and dark circles. And it's only about £5 from Asda so not a big investment.

I also suffer from this and I’ve just it down to genetics, although I’m a terrible sleeper too, so that probably doesn’t help.

As regards makeup, you need to colour correct before you conceal otherwise it just looks ashy.

Have you always had this? Some people have very thin skin under the eyes, which is translucent, so you can see the muscle below, and it appears as dark circles.

This is genetic and nothing will change it, unfortunately.

I have this and cannot leave the house without make up on or else I look ill. Try different brands of concealer until you find one that works for you. I tend to go for a shade lighter than my skin tone and this works quite well.

Tear trough fillers. Game changer for me, went to Harley St about 2 years ago & the effect is still better now.

Use a peach coloured corrector before using concealer. It cancels out the darkness.

Allergy circles?
