Should be in season, not noticed here but haven't bought any for a few weeks.

Got one today in Lidl there were loads. Maybe temporary in your area - everyone wants cauliflower cheese with their roast?

morningcuppatea · 11/10/2020 12:56

The ones I've ordered in at work recently have been really small and really expensive, so yes I guess so, no idea why though.

Yes, cauliflower harvest has been poor for the last couple of years. Friend of mine who works in pub management mentioned cauliflower shortage about this time last year.

Oh I do hope so! Revolting things.

Loads of very good in season ones in Aldi yesterday. 79p - so obviously a good first harvest

Loads here! In all shops. London.

I bought one in Waitrose on Friday.

I work in the supply chain for broccoli and cauliflower. No issues with availability of our crop up here in Scotland but I think there have been issues with Southern suppliers as we have been selling some down there when we normally wouldn't due to the transport costs involved making it more expensive.

Dunno I was just finishing my Tesco order and they have 'large' cauliflower for £1.90 each.

Was decided that we don't need one for that price.
