A few years ago, I was trying to set up a business and registered a couple of domains and set up FB pages with the respective business names. I never did anything with the pages, no information except the business address and phone number as I abandoned the business idea due to ill health.
I’ve never quite given up the dream of one day setting up the business properly so have left the pages up.
So here’s the weird thing, two or three years ago, I started getting notifications that one of the pages was getting two views a day. This would go on for a few weeks then stop for a few months before starting again. There is no pattern to it, it’s at different times of day, sometimes a couple of times a day. Sometimes the breaks are longer - day 6 months, other times just a few days or weeks. The other page has had maybe a couple of views since I set it up, I assume people stumbling across it or considering using the name themselves.
I should say, I’ve deleted my address and phone number now just in case.
What or who could this be? It makes no sense to me at all!
