How to stop being a bloody mug...

I need to ditch a client that has become toxic

I have just been reading another thread where someone was being hounded on aibu for being a mug and not working on her day off and I felt her pain. I am doing something similar.

I struggle to say no and stand up for myself
HOW do you do it? Is it not really stressful?

The more you say no, the easier it gets. Just tell this client NO or ditch them.

I always ask myself this question: Why don't I believe that I'm not important/valuable to myself enough to say no?

Then I get on with actually saying it.

Might help you as I firmly believe that an inability to say no stems from a lack of self worth.
