Please help, I need a white blazer type bolero. This one ticks all the boxes, but lead time is too long, I need it here in 2 weeks tops.

No idea if that link worked as this app has a mind of its own, but what I need is:

White - snowy white rather than ivory, as the dress is silvery grey
Jacket type rather than cardigan, unless cardigan quite thick
Cropped to go with dress (so just under boobs or waist length at most)
Short or 3/4 sleeves
Rounded hem
Size 8/10

Delivery time might be a bit too long but you could contact the seller and see if they could do anything if you did like it

Thanks Hurryup, I did end up ordering from Etsy, although a slightly different one. Delivery times seem to be shorter so fingers crossed it arrives on time and fits!
