Do Barbie mermaid dolls have legs?

Is the tail like a skirt or a solid doll part instead of legs?

The ones we have are just a tail

They have a tail instead of legs. Otherwise they’re a Barbie in mermaid fancy dress not a real mermaid

I would have hated a Barbie without legs. Like those toy irons that don't really iron clothes. So frustrating.

But mermaids don't have legs.

I think I just don't like the idea of actual mermaids. Too fishy. They probably do those stringy poos like goldfish. I always wanted the little mermaid to get legs, so relieved when it happens.

I do get your point about toy irons though.

And toy telephones are a bitch.

And fake toy food. Why would you want to slice a wooden cake? I'll have a real one please. The best toys were the ones that did stuff like the lundby house with real lights and the sindy showers that squirted water.

Babies that actually wee into nappies are ace!

I've always wanted one of those fake babies they send home from school with teenagers.

We have a Barbie with a detachable tail. She has butterfly wings too. 🤷‍♀️

Our mermaid Barbie is solid tail (and the lights no longer work after she was taken for a swim - shocker!).

The Ariel doll has a fabric tail with legs underneath but you don’t get supplied with a dress so she looks chilly without her tail.

We had one that the tail converted to a dress - a tie in to the mermaid film.

Daughter has a mermaid barbie which has legs. The tail is a sort of case that clips around the legs so it can come off (once she's on dry land obviously).
