Easy Cocktail Recipes

Would anyone care to share their simple cocktail recipes with me? Preferably something that is good for making ahead and doesn't require a heap of hard to get ingredients. My last attempt was espresso martinis which went down a treat.

Manhattans. I learnt to make these from an American uncle when I was about ten. Equal measures of scotch and vermouth with a dash of angostura bitters. It’s still my go to drink, many decades later.

Cosmopolitan - Cointreau, vodka, cranberry juice, fresh lime.

French martini - vodka, chambord, pineapple juice.

Both straightforward, shake with ice and strain into cocktail glasses.
