Ring hallmark/info help

Can anyone help with any info about how old etc this ring might be? I cant get a great photo so can try to take another if needed

No chance from the photo can you write what the hallmarks say? That style of ring though probably 60s/70s but could be earlier (think fashion in cycles).

I can read 18ct but everything else is unclear/rubbed off. Thought it was long shot
