Dd 12, strange rash, feet hot and hands itchy

Anti histamine?
She feels well, but feet look hot and red and hands have slight rash.. Some spots on stomach. She only noticed when her horse riding instructor asked her if she was allergic.

Rash can be coronavirus symptom. Might. be worth a google.

I did and didn't see anything similar.

Also there is zilch on the NHS website about rashes in dc
