Going off chocolate?

Sorry if this in the wrong place but please bear with me.
I am an over-eater (actual problem, trying to deal with iand I eat quite a lot of chocolate. Pretty much on a daily basis, but I'm increasingly feeling nauseous soon afterwards. I've noticed this also happens with hot drinks with lots of milk in (e.g. lattes). Could I be developing a milk intolerance or just going off chocolate?

Just stop buying chocolate

orangejuicer · 08/10/2020 08:33

Thanks, but that really wasn't the question I asked.

And yes, you could be. I have developed a lactose intolerance over the years.

Yes, intolerances can develop over time. How do you feel when you eat dark chocolate or is that not really your thing?

I do like dark chocolate but don't tend to have much of it so not sure. This has only really escalated this/last week.

Could be any number of things. Perhaps you need to speak to your GP.

They have made chocolate taste increasingly cacky over the last few years. Maybe your innards are rejecting cacky chocolate.
