Oppo phones - anyone got one or know anything about them?

I need to get a new phone and wondered about Oppo.

You seem to get a lot for the money but I don't know anything about them.

Anyone have any experience please (good or bad)?

Solid android phones, but relatively unknown as they tend to sell to the public through retail channels rather than through network operators. Also take a look at Xiaomi and OnePlus for good value phones.
