Neighbours are helping us out with work on our house by allowing access via their side gate/through garden. It's been disruptive and loud and I want to get them a thankyou gift.
BUT...
They don't drink
They don't 'do' chocolates
They also have 2 small children who have been affected by noise, and I want to include them.

I was thinking of some sort of hamper, but am stumped.
Up to £60 budget, if that helps.

Cheese hamper from a local cheese shop?

And some sweets/bubbles/colouring books and pens for the children?

We got some from the ‘visit yorkshire’ website as a gift for my brother and his children.

Or you could offer to get them the takeaway of their choice, on an evening of their choice? Maybe with a couple of bottles of 'nice' non- alcoholic drinks of some sort to go with it?
