Hello, does anyone have any information on which secondary school is better for SEN child with EHCP autism? My son is year 6 and as we cannot visit the schools I have had to speak to the SENCO's over the phone. They BOTH sound great which makes the decision harder for us to apply.. Heartlands seems good for flexible curriculum and APS has a good reputation for SEN.
Does APS have smaller classes for SEN? I'm worried that if my son goes here he will not be able to cope within a big class setting all day.. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
