Can somebody work out an equivalent wage based on this wage being advertised and pay scale information?
Job advertised... £22,011 - £23,826 GBP pro rata – 27.5 hours p/w, term time only. (Grade 6 (NJC Scalepoints 13 - 17)
My daughter is currently doing a very similar job but with slightly more responsibility and works 36 hours p/w, term time only too.
She is not sure she is working it out correctly and I am absolutely useless with this stuff so hopefully mumsnet can come to the rescue????

Is she right that the Scalepoints increase means roughly 5% pay rise year upon year?
