Hi I became a single mum in January because i left my husband who was addicted to drugs and alcohol. Because of his habits we ended up getting into a lot of debt but i never imagined my life would take this path and all utilities etc were in my name. so now we are separated I am Liable for all the debts and the only clear path i can see to get myself and my children out of this mess is to go bankrupt. I am trying to work out how to come up with the money to do this and also wonder how i will manage financially afterwards. When you Do the Living expenses for them do they look at what you are paying when you file or what you will be paying afterwards? Thank you
