I do this with my cadets in work sometimes and lots of things come up. I find its a good way to break the ice so, tell me a boring fact about yourself.

I don’t drink hot drinks, any hot drinks, no not even hot chocolate (that’s how the questioning always goes)

I frequently have the same discussion. Although I will stomach a hot chocolate on rare occasions.
