How do Primark exchanges work these days?

I need to swap a coat the girls' dad picked up for dd2, for the next size up.

I know they're not using the refund/exchange desks atm; do I just swap at the normal till? (Assuming they have the next size up).

they were letting you do it any till so theres no long queues in the one customer service till. I know the local primark well and the customer service tills area is tiny so i wouldnt have thought they were sending everyone there just yet

They have done away with the exchange tills completely. You can do all refunds and exchanges at any till. They won't take the exchange item from you, they ask you to put it in a container just behind you

They have signs on the tills at my local one saying that they’re doing refunds and exchanges at the normal tills.

Make sure you still have the receipt because they won’t even do exchanges without one now

@Tiltedclone I do! He only picked it up today after work so I put it straight in my purse so it was safe.
