Teacher suggesting ADHD

Hi
I’m feeling pretty worried and upset and am hoping some of you may be able to give me some advice and reassurance.
My DD (7) has just gone into Y3 and has been having trouble settling in. Her teacher wants to have a meeting with me and DH as he is querying ADHD. This has come as a shock and I’m not sure what to make of it.

Apparently she is constantly fidgeting in class, she has been sat on her own as she distracts the other kids and also is easily distracted. She doesn’t pay attention, but when he asks her what has been said she can tell him exactly. He also mentioned to my DH something about her handwriting, which apparently is a another sign of ADHD.
I know that she is extremely lively and she doesn’t appear to pay attention, so much so we had her hearing checked....it was fine.
But she is keeping up with her work, she is very sociable, she sleeps incredibly well (no thrashing about when she’s asleep). We watched a film yesterday, she sat for 2 hours and focused on the film the whole time.
She is very even tempered, with no emotional outbursts. No impulsive behaviour and is incredibly patient.
So am I in denial? If the teacher is even suggesting this, is there a chance he could be wrong? Or would he have to be pretty sure before broaching it with us?

We are having a meeting with him next week. I want to go prepared, so what kind of things should I be asking him?
Any advice gratefully received
