It's the elder wand. It is supposed to be bumpy. If that is making you think of something anatomical then that something needs to be taken to be examined by a medical professional.

Yeah it's like a thicker version of the Elder Wand. Guessing they made it thicker otherwise it'd be an insufficient amount of chocolate to warrant the cost
