Company making a refund/replacement difficult

I bought a motorbike battery in May. It was delivered to my house. It's already flat despite me riding the bike regularly. I've had the bike checked and it's not the problem.

I contacted the company to ask for a replacement or refund. They've emailed me a returns label to print, and they want me to drop it off at a collection point which is several miles from my house. I don't have a printer, and (obviously) my motorbike won't start.

Given that they've sold me a faulty product, shouldn't they be collecting it from me?
