Suggestions for a distraction

I have PND and I'm really struggling today. I need something to distract me from constantly thinking about how crap I feel. What do you do when your concentration isn't wonderful but you need to do something?

I used to have a pamper, hot bath or shower. Wash my hair, cream all over, and cry if I need to whilst doing all of this. I hope your okay, PND is a b*tch!! Sending love and well wishes x

Has the rain eased off where you are? Could you get out for a brisk walk? Exercise helps my brain x
