It was indeed from Scooby Doo. I have been doing some very impressive (accidental) impressions of him over the last few days as my boots skid on the stone terrace at work!

If I said the Cure song I posted came under the names theme I bet you can probably guess it without me putting the lyric...

I had a St Bernard who did wonderful Scooby Doo ish impressions on polished floors, & back peddling when she saw water/big puddles (hated getting wet). She was a gorgeous dog & such a personality.

I'm off work for a week now too... so nice..

I don't have any pets but I can do a very good Scooby-doo impression. Actually this is my neighbour's lovely cat, Antonio, and a can of Red Stripe.

When I flew, Elton was on the list of “difficult” celebs. Never met him, thankfully. His husband was even more of a diva, apparently.

@FlouncerInDenial yes to Sad Songs. Still alive & kicking as far as I'm aware. I googled a couple of 80s years songs & he was on the list a lot!
