Miscarriage or normal

I’m around about 6 weeks pregnant and last Tuesday I noticed brown blood when wiping. I called my GP and then got me an early scan for the Wednesday.
On the Wednesday morning I had the scan and baby had a heart beat. But around 4 hours later I had 2 blood clots come out when I went to the toilet. I’ve carried on bleeding since and it’s now a red colour. I’ve spoken to the midwife again and they have just told me to monitor it. I’m really hoping my baby is okay.

I would like to know if anyone could explain this?

I have had it both ways in early pregnancy: bleeding and it was a miscarriage and bleeding (probably most months during pregnancy, but light) who is now very very healthy DS (10.5 years old).

That isn’t very helpful is it? All I can say is “hang in there” 💗

Thank you. This is my second pregnancy and I had no bleeding whatsoever during my first one, my little girl is now 4. But this time around everything is just so scary. Xx

Try to get some rest and sleep.

I think a bit of blood is ok. See how things go tomorrow. Another scan might be advisable: for reassurance.

Had another scan on Monday and it showed that I had miscarried. X
