I watched 'the peanut butter falcon' last night on netflix. Couldn't decide what to watch and just popped it on. It's one of those quirky films that's just good to watch. A bit like 'the way way back'...that sort of film.

I watched #Alive this afternoon, which was a really heartwarming zombie film Grin

Not a girly film but the Peanut Butter Falcon is excellent.

HuckfromScandal · 03/10/2020 18:16

Stepmom

Watched it this morning
Ugly cried my way to a headache!

JacobReesMogadishu · 03/10/2020 18:17

Imagine currently watching Enola Holmes and it’s quite watchable.

Muddypuddlesinthewoods · 03/10/2020 18:18

Watched Enola Holmes last night with dd we were both glued to it.
If you fancy a series Virgin River was great and I think the second season is due out at Christmas time so a good time to watch.

Totickleamockingbird · 03/10/2020 18:18

@CoronaIsWatching

Ozark
Don’t watch Ozark. It’s three-season long and you cannot stop yourself so you will need to keep watching and will keep cursing the day you started it. Grin

The blind side, woman unofficially adopts a disadvantaged high school boy and nurtures him, helps him become a famous football player. Heartwarming, tearjerking and based on a true story.

mum2jakie · 03/10/2020 18:19

Last film I enjoyed on Netflix was Birdbox

bookgirl1982 · 03/10/2020 18:20

Serendipity

kevinn · 03/10/2020 18:21

Birdbox

The Blind Side

Mona Lisa Smile

Happyspud · 03/10/2020 18:23

Ibiza was a surprise hit for me. I never laugh at films but this one properly did it.

Dhalia443 · 03/10/2020 18:23

me before you.....I’ve never cried so much!

Enola homes was fab.

Nousernameforme · 03/10/2020 18:23

I found Enola Holmes a bit cringy all he fourth wall breaking

These are all light romance type things
About time
The decoy bride
Juliette naked

LilyLolo81 · 03/10/2020 18:24

Schitts Creek is amazing, makes my heart sing! It’s a (very addictive) series though.

Puffalicious · 03/10/2020 18:27

So many things on Netflix! Watched EatPrayLove the other day and really liked it. Girly and romantic but not too much.

Fightthebear · 03/10/2020 18:27

Juliet Naked is great. Quirky romcom, moving.

Hadn’t realised it was on Netflix, will enjoy watching it again.

Mmsnet101 · 03/10/2020 18:29

Dumplin, such a feel good film.

wellerhugs5 · 03/10/2020 18:29

The Lake House. Love it. I'm not normally one for romantic movies, but this had a decent enough twist in the storyline to keep me engrossed. I was blubbing before the end of the film Smile

Louisainlockdown · 03/10/2020 18:30

Definitely agree with Ozark.
Or for a feel good film About Time.

Louisainlockdown · 03/10/2020 18:31

Or Schitt's Creek 😍

mycatlovesmenotyou · 03/10/2020 18:35

Dumpling is good

The Lake House is another good watch

The Circle - stars Emma Watson, Tom Hanks, that is a good watch

bonbonours · 03/10/2020 18:40

Room or Lion. Love them both. Lion is on prime not Netflix I think.

IndiaMay · 03/10/2020 18:40

Dumplin and Me Before You are great.

Atonement is also on there which I love. Ditto the Notebook
