Is anyone else feeling this? I feel completely wiped out, this week has been a real struggle. 6am felt like the middle on the night yesterday, it was so dark!

Yes me! I thought it was because I was dehydrated the other day and hung over but it's been like that all week. I feel like we've had blue skies for so long, this dark and cold feels really strange!

Yup. So dark so early too - 6.30 sunset here. Time for hibernation
(But yes I know that getting out in daylight for exercise/ gardening will give me loads more energy 🤷🏼‍♀️)

I had it for a week.
Ran a race and took it easy after, but still felt drained, put it down to PMT, but it lingered a few days after that.

My muscles seem to tense up as the weather goes cool and damp.

Funny you should that that, my neck and shoulders are feeling tense now! Time to hibernate!

It feels a bit early for it - I'm usually ok till mid November but yeah this week I am DONE IN

I've bought CBD oil, Vit D spray and a daylight lamp for my desk

Meant to go swimming and the garden today but went back to bed for 3 hours this afternoon!

Cam2020 · 03/10/2020 21:46

We all had a little afternoon nap this, afternoon, which is unheard of! 😴

My neck and shoulders were vile for no descernable reason for 4-5 days. I felt like I'd gone gung-ho with a load of kettlebells! I knew I hadn't because I'd taken it easy in my session the day after the race.

Yoga with Adriene has a brilliant 10min video for neck, shoulders and upperback.
Keeping them warm with a scarf or buff helps too. I suspect I naturally hunch a bit against the cold on my neck when I go out.
