iPhone 11

Just the 11 or 11 pro?

Almost all Huawei phones have excellent cameras and videos.

It takes brilliant photos in low light

Has a wide angle lense

Clarity and definition is outstanding

I am in love with my iPhone (light hearted)

Samsung S20, Best camera ive had on a phone

Pixel 3a. It has the same camera as the expensive Google phones but it's much cheaper. It's a great camera, the pictures are beautiful.

Obviously iPhones have really good cameras but are much much more expensive. The camera was the reason i got the Pixel 3a.

I have a Galaxy S9 and I'm very impressed with the picture and video quality. I always had iphones before, but the Samsung is far better.

I've just got a Samsung S20+ and the whole reason I got it was for the camera, it's fantastic. I'd recommend putting together a shortlist of phones you are interested and then checking them out on techradar or similar sites - you can then compare image quality etc.

Thanks everyone. I am super fussy and want optical image stabilisation on both video cameras too.

The zoom on the 11 is absolutely woeful.

11 pro is the best camera phone I’ve had but even then it’s not as good as I was expecting? Maybe I have unrealistic expectations but hoping to get a better one next time

I love my iPhone for everything, but I still think Samsung’s take better images

Ive wondered about the same question but then thought that it's probably better to read up on proper review sites because unless someone here has owned every model of phone there is they can't make all the comparisons and most people have a preference between android and Apple so not necessarily an unbiased view

As you have specific needs Id go with the experts

S20 plus. Amazing quality

I would wait for the Pixel 5. S20 models are also worth looking at.
