Ideas for Liverpool

I've booked a few days away to Liverpool for DPs birthday next week, staying at the crowne plaza. We have planned Chester zoo, visit the Beatles museum and do ghetto golf. Any other suggestions? Not into art galleries. Not massive drinkers but do like a drink here and there, any nice quirky pubs? Any other suggestions of places we should visit? We plan on doing a little bit of shopping aswell. I'm a vegetarian so finding somewhere to eat for me is a chore, any ideas? What I've mentioned sounds enough but just wondering if there's anywhere else you would recommend visiting?

Albert dock nice for a wander
Mowgli has fab Indian street food, including vegetarian.
Hope street- walk between the two cathedrals. Ego for food is nice along here.

Would you like the Antony Gormley iron men on Crosby beach? Maybe look at the Baltic Market for food and drink?

Not sure how much is open with liverpool being on the strict lockdown restrictions? Just something to double check I guess!

Salt House Bacardi, Mowgli and Rudy's Pizza have good veggie options.

Loads of wonderful places to eat down Bold St. Mostly small independents but tons of options for veggies (I am). Second the recommendation of Mowgli (also down Bold St) and the Italian Club is fabulous.
If it's open atm, the anglican cathedral is simply stunning. You can climb to the top (normally).

Unless you live in Liverpool I don't think you'll be going! It's in local lockdown as of midnight tonight!!!

You can’t go to Liverpool and not go on the Ferry

And don't go to North Wales either!

Try veggie republic. They do great veggie/vegan food. I'm not a veggie but it's one of my favourite places. There are loads of shops and places that are quirky in and around the city centre. Sefton park is beautiful for a walk around too. Also the Albert dock, bold street has loads of shops and places to eat. There is crosby beach near by as well which is a lovely place for a walk and a coffee. Enjoy! X

Dream sculpture just outside Liverpool.
Lambanana original in city centre
Chinatown (oldest in uk)
Wirral peninsula.
Depends on the stuff you want to see/do. Liverpool is just nice to explore. And, of course, the people are fabulous.

Thank you for the suggestions! Will have a look into them. My town is also on local lockdown but I booked this trip before that happened and it states you are still allowed to travel with the people you live with, but I will definitely double check if there will be any changes to what we were planning.
