Ex cannabis farm?!

giletrouge · 02/10/2020 12:45

Well it's pretty obvs what's been going on there. Flip me it's horrible!

ginghamtablecloths · 02/10/2020 12:57

Blimey, you'd be brave to take that on. How many skips would be needed do you think? More like a lorry.

Foxyloxy1plus1 · 02/10/2020 13:01

Isn’t it illegal to have all the stuff still there?

Not surprised it’s going to auction.

SoupDragon · 02/10/2020 13:02

I can't believe they mentioned the cannabis farm in the details 😂 Mind you, it was blindingly obvious from the photos.

SoupDragon · 02/10/2020 13:03

How are the plants still there though?

All the evidential stuff (ie plants and heaters) have obviously been taken. i think as long as the buyers are aware that its there its not actually illegal for anyone to leave things in a property (happy to be corrected though)

You’d think they’d at least take the dead plants out before they took the photos

CassandraCross · 02/10/2020 13:06

Damage to the mains electrics, that's an understatement!

iswhois · 02/10/2020 13:07

That's hysterical

iswhois · 02/10/2020 13:07

The poor neighbours

SoupDragon · 02/10/2020 13:17

It probably wouldn't be a problem for a proper property developer. It's certainly not one for amateurs!

Eatmysocks · 02/10/2020 13:33

I love the bit where it says “sold as seen” Grin

BarbaraofSeville · 02/10/2020 14:23

^Guide Price:
£50,000 - £70,000

Sold for £159,000^ Shock

Maybe someone's hoping there's a load of cannibis still there or they're hoping to restart the business with the existing set up.
