All the evidential stuff (ie plants and heaters) have obviously been taken.
i think as long as the buyers are aware that its there its not actually illegal for anyone to leave things in a property (happy to be corrected though)

Maybe someone's hoping there's a load of cannibis still there or they're hoping to restart the business with the existing set up.
